Four spoons here; two little ones plus the two big ones that I bought once I found out the little ones weren't enough. Don't they come in pairs?
sorry my schedule got screwy yesterday, i should have just committed to HVD. ended up working anyway, booo.
got in some good seat time today though, bike felt awesome. def has some added grunt with winter mods. we're burning in a nice tech loop, had a blast. my buddies pipe isn't too happy though, rock smooshfeel bad for him, last ride the rocks ate his brand new tire (puncuted sidewall and bead) and UHD tube. expensive coulple of rides.

Freetown officially opens tomorrow. I'll likely have the joint to myself.

Went to NHMX today.. it was really muddy, but got better as the day went on. Did 4x 30-minute sessions. I think I need a full-body transplant, now...

Hehe, so far so good. I did hurt my left foot (somehow?) but it's mostly ok.
Only difference is the suspension. I sent it out to FC and they did revalved the factory steering damper, revalved & resprung the front forks and did the same on the rear shock. It's still hard to tell how much better it is, because I'm still a slow-ass rider, but it certainly feels better. I'm quite a bit more confident on it, though that has come with having spent more hours on the bike, but it definitely feels better.
It was really muddy for a while, and I got to practice sliding the rear of the bike a little. If I shift my weight to the outside of the bike like I'm supposed to, and get on the throttle early, I feel like I get better exits on corners. I'm still slowest on the really slow parts, i.e. hairpins and 90-degree turns, which is frustrating.
As for spin class, well I go several times a week, and the studio is very competitive (leader board and other things) so it forces you to work hard -- which is why I go. Also, I've got some friends there, so there's a social aspect to it as well. I can normally burn about 800+ calories in 45 minutes, which is substantial for me! When I started going, I sucked pretty bad; now I'm towards the pointy-end of the field.
