Yea but that 10% needs to be able to start. I'll let her cook, clean and keep me warm at night. She would rather I did the mechanical stuff myself anyways.

I just don't do legs for two days after, yoga is good for the next day to stretch it out.

I need the off season to rebuild things. If I don't have it, I would not have anything to ride come the riding season

Yeah okay...racing and riding season are 180 degrees out of phase for me. You can always share my ride when you want to come out, you know that.

I am fried. thanks to KB and Glen for letting me ripping around on the ice. Glen, thanks for the riding tips I definately improved a ton.

ice was rock hard in the morning an softened up in the afternoon.

it is truly amazing what you can do on two wheels on ice.

watching the ice racers was TOTALY AWESOME. side by action and rooster tails totally blew my mind
