So I got the rest of my parts and I am pretty much done, just haven't dropped the motor in. The rear brake sucked ass and the line was put on wrong so I had to drain the fluid and rebuild it so I need to rebleed that. I decided to polish the swingarm a bit as well, doing that by hand blooows.

I don't thinkso, i just put those stickers on from a graphics kit I had done for my crf. I'm having my buddy finish graphics kit for my yz and not gonna bother on the mini.

it lives! I wired up the motor and F'd with the carb and started her up today then drained the oil, I think it is as loud as a 250f aha

i was amazed how loud these little things are, the guy i got my Pitster from installed a homemade db insert to quiet it a tad. think its still louder than my Husky

They are very loud. The stock exhaust on my LXR160 is VERY loud.

I'm running a Pro Circuit 304 factory sound and it's pretty quiet.

Did you ever replace that DB Snorkel you were using at 106 Race Park? Bike was good and quiet with it mounted, but the snorkel looked like it had seen better days at that point.

I ripped a small tear in the bottom of the DBsnorkel from the brake caliper hitting it when jumping. I still keep the snorkel around for friends with loud bikes that come over to ride my mini track.

I still haven't figured out why a bike with a 26mm exhaust outlet and a 30mm pipe comes with a 45mm outlet on the silencer.
