Ummm, what???
Does it use a band clamp with a rubber lined gizmo or something else??
There is a TON of info these things on advrider. Look in the thumpers forum for wr250 megathread or some shit.
I guarantee there is a Q that fits that thing.

My fault, this is for the KTM. The wr is good. The fmf shorty I have bolts up, but the new one has 2 mounts, neither of which mount to the subframe. Sorry for any confusion. The wr will be back next week from the shop, getting stripped and being used.
That expansion chamber isn't off of a stock 125. That chamber is off of a 144sx, so it might be longer or shorter than the 125 chamber.

Ok, I may have spoken too soon and gone a bit off the handle without thinking. For anyone new to this, like myself, when installing a exhaust, the rubber boot isn't a junction from the pipe to the silencer. Ends up the pipe will slide into the new silencer, then you use that boot over the top. I'm an idiot. It fits, and the rearward mount is simply not used. Thanks for dealing with my ignorance.
Put on enduro engineering slave protector. Clutch feels different now. Definitely wasn't pulled during installation, lost a few drops of fluid. Should I bleed it (get it bled), or there a way to see if it's still ok ( besides shifting into gear and being thrown or bike stalling?).
WR is back and better than ever. Learned a valuable lesson ordering KTM parts. Not double check, but triple check before ordering. Got a stock brake lever, wouldn't fit, realized it was missing some of the smaller parts (maybe left out when ASV levers were installed?), anyway, lots of research and homework and parts diagrams till I'm nauseas, I order a few of the small Brembo parts as needed. $65 worth of small parts... Ends up the master cylinder at some point was replaced by a nissin, how awesome. Back to square one, little lighter in the wallet.
This thread is pretty amusing haha. I'm completely the opposite. Don't even think about location, position, or comfort I just rip it.

That's one way of doing it. A younger me would do the same, but I'm older and lamer now.
New shift lever is on, much better.
Question for the KTM folks. Put the enduro engineering slave protector on, install went well, clutch lever never hit. After install clutch seemed a bit different feeling. Took protector off, made sure I didn't kill the gasket, etc, put back together and feels worse. Drained and bled (did a ton of homework, went with bottom to top method), now have what feels like a good clutch pull, but no actual clutch. Anyone know how the service dept at Wagner is? (My closest KTM dealer). Any help?
Never go to Wagner. You go to cliffs if you need help. Or anything orange.

Anyone closer to Worcester? An hour away isn't in the cards right now. Any reason not to go to Wagner?
many reasons not to go to Wagner. make time for the drive to Cliffs if you want dealer service.
