can you fall down in the trails before you ruin something Apparently in one of my multiple get-offs Saturday I bent the subframe on my bike I don't remember exactly what happened but I'm guessing it was at least one of the 5 or 6 trees i fell over on!!! I have to admitt though, I still had a kickass ride even though it took me just over an hour to go 5.1 miles
