It is a purty work of art. I'm a little disappointed in their choice of mirrors and it'll be interesting to hear how warm this bike gets. The 848 tends to cook the thighs to medium rare while stationary on a summer day. This design looks to focus even more heat under the rider so we'll see ...

Agreed. My 848 cooked my legs pretty well too on many occasions. Early reviews from owners on ducati1199.com are saying it does heat up your legs but nobody has mentioned it being too extreme. Time will tell. REALLY hoping they have it finished today! Not that's it's even registered yet but to drool over it in my own driveway will be pleasing to some level.
