Saw 2 Motorcycle Police out Today

2 MA state police bikes, blasting down Rt 2 E in the acton/concord area. Man those guys must have been cold!

They were not a model I've ever seen before. It was a cruiser, but didn't seem to be a Hardley.

Cambridge got BMW's a few years ago.

That state police bike isn't an official bike, it was made by performance factor, i think for one of their friends that's a trooper.

They must train out of their North Fitchburg barracks.......I see them all the time around there too.

It was probably a bmw r1200 police package, or maybe even an honda ST1300 police. Those would be the two best bets, i'm leaning towards the bmw.

Most of us on the east coast use Harley's. Better for city, low speed driving. If you are going to spend tons of time on the highway, bmw is the way to go.

I just saw a couple guys on those bikes the other day too! I was coming through Leominster on Rt. 2 by the mall and they came whizzing by going towards Devens.

They must be doing training... might be new riders, or new bikes that they're working the bugs out of. Gotta suck training this week though... BURR.

That's interesting. I didn't realize the troopers had anything but Harleys. It's good to see their at least considering other bikes.
