'preciate the tip no less, it was worth checking out just to confirm that I made the right decision going with the 6r. Don't take my rant the wrong way, I was just shocked to see such a beautiful bike reduced by blatant owner neglect.

I'd like to say I could return the favor by tipping you off to a potential buyer for your house...but since I don't know anybody with a spare 200 large lying around, you'll just have to let me buy you a beer next time I see ya. You gonna be at the track this weekend, seeing as you're not racing?

I just read your thread, and I feel your pain. Having your bike stolen really sucks. I lost my 2k1 GSXR 750 on 6 Jun, and it turned up smashed up under a wounded kid on the 14th in Hudson NH. I got my insurance check last week. I too have been shopping around. I'm a v-twin ind of guy and am looking at Monsters, SVs and TLs. I also have a line on a very nice YZF600 that the kid will be selling "in a couple of weeks when a flamed R-1 comes in." I'm not holding my breath, but am looking at VFRs too. I'm looking to get the bike, and pay the tax and fees for what I got from the insurance after my deductable. That's not a lot, and I'm not going to wind up with as nice a bike as I had before. Fucking thieves.
