That's just the Q1 form from the DMV. It functions like a bill of sale and can be used when the title itself is filled out. IE, original seller A sells the bike to party B. Party B signs the title, but never registers the bike. B can fill out the Q1 form and have buyer C sign it as well for the full paper trail.

I think mass adds a bit of complexity to the process. They will make you get it notorized at a minimum and then generally a bit more. They may even require a new title from the seller. You never really know what it will take to clear up a simple mistake. It's usually a painful process.

I'm with Kurlon, the link is convenient to go see the actual ad/photos/etc, without a link I have to go find it myself which is inconvenient.

Fun bikes with the correct mindset.

Had a flat on my primary street bike and was supposed to meet up with a bunch of RC51s for a southern VT ride. Took the GS550 and headed out there because I was supposed to deliver something to a friend. Figured I'd just head home after the meet up and delivery. Was convinced to join the RC51 ride on the ol' GS550 and was pleasantly surprised when I was not the slowest or even next to the slowest bike on the ride. The flexible chassis gets entertaining at "slightly less than legal" road speeds.
