Heres the deal. The guy selling this bike was asking $6200 for the bike and everything included. We managed to reach an agreement of $4000 for everything. I'm not planing on racing or anything. The bike would be used for track days.
Do any racers on here recognize this bike, and know anything about it? Any extra info would help.

My 1st comment is his "no title" description in the add is ridiculous.... At least in Mass. You can't just walk in to the registry and get a new salvage title. They will want a title from the last titled owner, which is probably an insurance company. To be safe you should have the VIN run to know what the title history is. Someone should have a title even if it's just salvage.

My second comment would be that it sound like a decent bike for the money. Extra wheels with rain tires are an excellent extra.

As for the bike, if it's strictly a track bike and you don't have any intention of streeting it, it looks to be a good deal.

iffy on the "no title" bit. but it's not like anyone would register it... i just hope it wasn't originally a stolen bike. personally, i never wish to participate in thievery no matter how cheap the slut is. the seller posted that up on our local forum for $4,000 & was also flirting with the idea of trade for a street legal/track ready bike. you can even sell all the spare parts & make out huge with that deal. it's worth checking out. i saw kurtz gather interest in it.

Guys... My original asking price was 6200. I am more then willing to let the bike go for less. It is just a starting point. I see the guy who offered me 4000 for the bike is posing in this tread as well. He back out today anyway. I am looking to get rid of the bike not make any money off it. This is me on the bike a month ago. You can look up my name and results on the Lrrs website. Hopefully that is enough proof that this is my bike. I knew from the start that if I wanted to sell the bike it will be hard without the title. Again 6200 was just a starting price. Now you know I will let it go for 4,000. I just don't care to make anything off it anymore. I need the money and that is that . You can email any guys at ECK and they will vouch for me about the bike.

I listed the bike on ebay today, starting at 4 with the reserve at 45. Paypal take a huge chunk out so I have to account for that with selling the bike this way

I can confirm that this bike is legally owned. Dan bought the bike from my teammate geno (AM 343) in the off season. Geno owned the bike for a couple years before that.

Dan raced a weekend or two this year, but needs to get out of racing for finacial reasons.
