I know, I was just saying that's how the pricing came in. On the other hand, even if it is a leftover, there may be a warrenty issue depending on Aprilia's warrenty activation policy for NOS bikes beyond a certain year. Double check on that.

99% of the time, that would be the case. That is most likely the case with this bike too, but let's say it is a NOS 06 or maybe a 07, there is a good chance it is not warrantieable due to the manufacturer's policy.

Don't let this stuff scare you, the deal sounds good. I am just bringing up a potential issue that can apply with a leftover bike.

My buddy bought an '04 rsvr from seacoast in '07, it was a new leftover. No problems with the warranty. FWIW, they come w/a 2 year warranty.

That sounds like a decent price. Maybe not a steal, but I guess it really depends if the dealer is going to waive prep and doc fees. I own two, great bikes, plenty of spare parts available for reasonable money. Good luck.

That price with kelly is used with 12,000 miles on it if you click on the mileage chart.

I think I picked mine (2007) up for $7,500. last summer with 1700 miles on it.
