Garage space to rent in/near Cambridge?

I am moving to Cambridge (in between Harvard and Porter Squares) by the end of November. Would love to rent some garage space nearby (Cambridge, Somerville?) for my streetbike and trackbike (though if you had room for only one, I could look into other storage options for the trackbike). Perhaps even a middleterm solution (i.e., through the winter and next year if it works out).

Fortunately, I have a place for my bikes at my current location if need be, so this is not desperate, but it would be better to have them nearby. I know from past experience that if my streetbike is not nearby to be ridden on a whim when a few hours open up, I may as well not own one.

It goes without saying that I am highly respectful of others' property. You would have no issues whatsoever.

Anyone have anything?
