Fuckin kids bitchin after I sold him the bike

well , as some of you know my sv is gone and I sold it to some kid who said he had dirt racing experience before ... Anyways, he calls me the next day and says " oh the fairings and windscreen are broken! , you lied to me! and the fairing stay is bent!"

WTF ... they weren't broken they were in his fuckin hands, he checked them out and it was clear as day that they weren't broken. The fairing stay is new too...
i think this kid took the bike and crashed it and is now trying to get me for some money. He says he wants 200 to split the fairing and windsheild costs or he'll bring the bike back with the broken fairings and I pay him 350 for him welding the hole in the frame back .... WTF is up with this kid ... I don't know what to do ....

I don't know what to do .... fuckin kids ridiculous, i knew soemthing was fucking up when he told me not to sign the title over to his name or date it ...

thats my bill of sale he signed ... Also he made me put in handwriting " if motor junk will take back on it" because we couldn't get the motor to start for a while, but it did turn over and run for 5 seconds, then stalled out cause of the crappy weather

Did you have written correspondence with him before selling him the bike?

If I had seen a writing sample like that I would not even let the person look at the bike, he is obviously an idiot.

I think you are set with that bill of sale if he decides to be a punk.

Do I need proof or anything ? I don't have any pictures of the fairing before but my grandfather saw the fairings before and was with me when I sold the bike to this kid ....
This kid has some fucking balls tho ... He was holding the fucking fairings in his hand and the windscreen .. it wasn't broken !
damn it ... i hate going to court ... this kid better not drag me to court .. I FUCking hate court ...

stuff wasn't broken at all, the only thing that was bad was the hole in the frame ... this kid must have crashed the bike or something ... damn I think i need to get a lawyer for this shit ... so fuckin pissed ...

right...and my point was that even if it was broken tell him to screw....he looked at the bike right? then made the decision to buy it...then signed the BOS...then took posession of the bike...he has nothing to stand on...imo

Iono , sorry man , I'm like freaking out ... I seriously hate going to court ... I've been to court so many times over bullshit and almost lost my liscense a few times ... I hate the court ...

If someone (A complete stranger) sent me an email asking about a bike I was selling and I couldn't even read it then yes I probably would ignore them.

hmm , so in theory he can sue me because I admitted that the bike has been down before? Sorry if I seem stupid, I'm not really good with legal stuff and that bill of sale was actually from a microsoft word bill of sale template , but I added the bike was down part.
