I am replacing my H7 Bulbs right now and noticed the H7 bulbs in there are 55 W and the new ones are 100 W who's running what in theirs?
is 100 supposed to be the high beam only? or can you run both @ 100 W and not get in trouble with the man?![]()

Mike, I have to tell you about the 325is mark bought last summer, the previous owner had 100w bulbs in it, not an immediate affect but over time, the bulb sockets and reflector housing close to the bulb deteriores sooner or later it's just gone, like a styrofoam cup in sunlight , Mark need all new headlights for his bimmer cause the heat wore a hole right thru the reflectors

Heres a condom. I figured since youre acting like a dick, you should dress like one too.

I've heard stories of burnt wiring.
I vote Mike to be in front for our nighttime attack on the dragon. Who seconds?

Get PIAA lamps...
Get more light out of your lamps without raising the wattage of the lamp itself.

I saw this post so I decided to check my headlights. Sure enough the guy that owned the bike before me had 100W bulbs instead of 55W. The headlight was melted all around the bulbs and the headlight plug was melted to the bulb. The best part is that is left all this really fine powder in the headlight that will NOT come out!

I have 55 / 100 in mine so fae no trouble 6 years.
It might have to do with how much room in the housing.
Also It is very rare for me to ride at night or with the high beams on. The big light does help when I am in the dark![]()
