I bought this one while I was in Arizona. I am back in Vermont now.

If you can't pull the helmet off your head, have you kept it on since the day you put it on in the shop?

There isn't a space, the helmet is just a little deep (very little).

I did all the helmet tests with it before I bought it, even wore it for a Half an hour in the shop. Tried the Med and the Large, the Large was tight and the Med was too tight.

This "problem" only cropped up when I was trying to look WAY into a turn, like looking to the top of the hill coming outta 3 or to the top of the hill going into the bowl. Maybe I am just trying to look too far ahead? As I have said before the helmet is hitting the bck of my neck causing it to push the front down on my forehead.
It at NO time covers my eyes, I just look up into that little ridge. When I take 4 paper towels and fold them in 4 and put it up in the top of the helmet the problem is solved.

I am looking for a factory solution to this. I was hoping that someone may have swapped the pads in their helmet and would be able to tell me this is doable.

If you guys think the helmet doesn't fit... I will look into that because I value your opinions. I think it fits and just needs a little padding because I don't have a fricken conehead!

Oh and for the record, Shoei's are too round, Arai's (except one) are too Oval, Shark and Sunomy don't fit either, Icon's are cheap.

My old HJC fit great bu aren't they cheap as well?

    Helmet problem

I think I read somewhere that when you look down, the front of the helmet should not hit your chest and when you look up, the back of the helmet shoud not touch your back. If it does then it doesn't fit right. Can anyone confirm this?

If the HJCs fit well then why not get one of the AC-12s. I think it's their top-o-the-line model and NOT made out of polycarbonate.

I have resorted to folding up some papertowels and putting them in the top of the helmet. This works but I wonder if there is a better solution?

I have contacted AGV with no response. I plan on calling them.

Do you think If I got the Medium Top pad that it would be bigger and help?
here's the poop. spoke with AGV direct. the Med. top pad will gain you approx. 3 m.m. it retails for $42.95, at that price i think it's the whole liner. part #'s are as follows, 0134-0031 for gray and 0134-0513 for blue. any PU vendor should be able to get it for you.

The Medium top pad is 3mm thicker than the large? This is the AGV solution to my problem? That might work! Thanks
