    Re: help

Which Arrow exhaust do you have again? Where is the O2 sensor thread located?

I was looking at the Euro Cup model but didnt see anything on the right side from what I could see in the photo:

    Re: help

I just looked at a diagram. It's on the left hand side, right at the end of the headers. Just screw in something (possibly an O2 sensor) that is the right thread and be done with it. No need to weld.

    Re: help

yeah we just figured out for sure that it was threaded... so Keith's looking into it. If I don't need to TIG it, that would be great.

    Re: help

Just remember to get as much argon into the weld HAZ as possible to avoid brittle spots. Purge the tube with argon, and try and use a trailing setup to blanket the whole bead with argon as well.

    Good luck!

    Re: help

No welding required in fact if i wasn't so dumb myself we could have just bought a plug (which i just did thanks to DAS) and put it in (which i am gonna do) with the exhaust installed.......

all i can do is laugh.

I went down there and talked to eric and he was very helpful..... if it had to be welded he would have had it done no questions asked and he in fact had the plug waiting on the counter if it had been that, which it was thankfully.....

DAS in dracut gets a big thumbs up from me. thanks eric.

now to put it all back together and then a good cry in the corner will make me feel better. ill tell myself its ok and that everything is gonna be all right, cuz im smart enough, im strong enough, and people like me.........

at least im smart enough 1 out of 3 aint bad.

thanks for the help everyone everything is ok there is nothing to see here move along.

    Re: help

might want to make sure you put some lock tight or something like that on the bolt so it does not rattle out while ridding or anything. just my 2 cents

    Re: help

I was told as long as its tight it shouldn't go anywhere, in-fact i was told if i ever plan on taking it out again i could use a little grease or anti-seize.
