    It seemed like a good idea at the time

    To ride to work this morning. You think this will hold off in Worc County until after 230? I only have to ride 62 miles from Newport to Whitinsville. I should be alright, right?

    I saw the forcast but seeing as I usually get home early afternoon, I ignored it and took chance. Luckily my gear is waterproof and it shouldnt be that bad. And if it hails there are lots of bridges on 295 and 146 to duck under.

    That wasnt bad at all. I just got in ten mins ago. I hit some heavy stuff by the Newport bridge but after I got on 4 the rest of the ride home was just showers, nothing heavy and not a lot of wind. You might even say it was enjoyable. And my gear kept me dry.
