Oh man the Handroid for $174, I bought these for $250 last year and love them.
Ordered mine yesterday to replace my worn out biomechs from 3 years ago. can't wait.

The biomech looks like a great glove for a good price on that sale. Considering.

I'm a big fan of Knox in general. I love my back protector and chest guard and I had even looked into the Knox gloves a couple years ago, but heard there a little overdesigned. The cables on the outside I guess can be an issue, especially if you crash. I can't say, I never bought any.
I can tell you the spr pros from heroic are great. They are wicked comfortable and have held up very well in the couple of crashes I've had in them. I'm pretty sure Todd has them for sale on his site, too.![]()

Got a slick pair of matching custom gloves from Todd with my suit last year. I've worn them a couple times on the road trying to break them in and just can't get used to them. I keep them around as a backup pair just in case but otherwise I don't see myself ever wearing them. Dunno what specifically I don't like about them, I just don't like them.
As for the handroid, the cables are, imo, useless since they are nothing more than sliders and won't actually prevent sideways movement or hyper-extension of your fingers which is why I went with biomechs last time. This time around I got the handroids just because they were cheap and they didn't have biomechs in my size or color choice on clearance.

I was like that with the held phantoms. I have a few friends who love them, but they didn't seem to fit very well when I tried them on.

I do... they are over built. Everything is too thick and all of the "feel" I'm used to enjoying was gone. The palm sliders are too thick and in an awkward spot for me. I felt really disconnected and out of touch with the bars. Kind of as if the grip thickness had increased 5x.
