Michelin Pilot 2CT recall...

Did you guys see the recall for Pilot 2CT front tires?

I don't know if this is old news or not.

What I found interesting is it sounds like the issue is very similar to what happened to Rossi in MotoGP last year...

You could get a chunk flying out of the tire at high speed.. seems ironic that an issue seen in GP racing would surface so soon after on the street.

I don't have 2CTs... so yah I wasn't paying attention.

It took it being in Cycleworld for me to see it.

I was mostly referring to what the failure is.. didn't see it in that other thread.
