Probably because its $40k and a buell. Looks like he also stole the honda cbr logo. It takes more than a quick look to see it says ebr and isnt the honda wings. Crazy erik, always taking what isnt his.

Personally I think it's pretty sharp. I wouldn't bother with it even if it cost 20k but that's just me. As for the logo, I didn't get that impression. Again, just my opinion.

So all it takes to be a copy is some not so similar straight lines?

While it may not be a copy or trademark infringement, I fail to see how it helps EBR to have their brand logo mistaken for Honda at quick glance.

I looked at this and saw a previous generation CBR1000RR.
