Nope. Got him a pair of Fox Comp 5 Shortys. They will work nicely, since they're higher than riding shoes and fit his feet and aren't as still as full MX boots.


I did look at the boots you had at GMD, but his toes were right at the end.

Our garage is getting full. It's an extra wide, extra deep single-car garage and now the SV and Annalisa's 600 is up at the front (until we sell hers) and the 900 and 1000 will be along the side wall.

Add the Civis Si and it starts getting a little crowded.

(oh, our condo docs say we're only supposed to have 2 registered vehicles, LOL)

I got my CBR from Naults, it was 8200.00 out the door. 2009 CBR600RR

I still want that 1000RR, That thing was an animal!

My CBR was 8700, minus all the rebates/special offers they were running. Came to 8200 out the door with a 3.99% rate..or something like that, I could look if you wanted to see....

Honda had a huge warehouse blowout recently. Several of my dealers bought leftover's at HUGE savings.

There are some great Honda deals out there on 2007-2008's now.

Don't want to rain on your parade but since you haven't taken delivery yet I think I should let you know that I was just at Naults an hour ago, and spent a good amount of time talking with the sales manager. They are letting 0 mile 08's go out the door for $8,558. I know you said you like the >07 body style better, but if you could potentially get a newer, redesigned bike for cheaper? Totally your call, but might be worth looking into.

I ended up talking to the sales manager at Bettencourts about the 07 at Naults. He agreed to come give me an additional $1000 in bonus bucks, so now the price is right in line.

I'm happy.
