i think i agree with Ben about the hard bags too...if you think you may want them someday down the road, i'd get them now...you do a lot of longdistance riding too...imo you wont be wasting your money...

Looks like we BOTH have new bikes!! The FZ6 was picked up last night...now it's just sitting in the garage waiting to be registered.

I saw the guy you bought it from at Moto market last night. He rode his Bimmer... I went over and talked with him. Not sure if I told you, but when I mentioned I knew somebody interested he shruged it off and said yeah I have heard a few people say that. So I made it a point to say "I TOLD YA SO!" Neeener neener!
He was very pleased it found a good home, and said you and your husband were a very nice couple!

I saw my new ride last night! It is the first 2006 delivered! Unfortunately the bike beat the title to the shop. SO I cant take it till it gets in, I should be riding it to Moto Market Thursday I hope!

I sat on one today up in Maine and I'll tell you what Michael, it was what I really wanted for a good half an hour. Love the riding position and the tank is very nicely shaped - feels superb.
