Actually, it was a fat fingered incident on my iPhone! But, yes, I prefer they keep their arms...you need a place to attach your hands, fingers and opposable thumbs...

11 indicted by grand jury.
AndEleven motorcyclists, including an undercover New York police detective, have been indicted in connection with the assault on a man who was driving a Range Rover with his wife and infant son on the Henry Hudson Parkway, the Manhattan district attorney’s office announced on Friday.
All but one of the defendants were charged with gang assault. The 14-count indictment unsealed on Thursday came after witnesses testified before a grand jury.
Prosecutors on Wednesday upgraded the charges against an undercover New York City police detective, saying he terrorized a family when he punched and kicked their sport utility vehicle as a group of motorcyclists he was with assaulted the driver after chasing the vehicle down.
A video provided by the police shows motorcyclists alongside a sport utility vehicle on Sept. 29.
The involvement of the detective, Wojciech Braszczok (pronounced VOY-chek BROOSH-chahk), who is 32, heightened the drama around the Sept. 29 attack. Detective Braszczok was initially charged with riot and criminal mischief when he was arrested on Tuesday, but at his arraignment on Wednesday at Manhattan Criminal Court, prosecutors said his actions warranted harsher charges. They added charges of gang assault and assault, and dropped the riot charge.
He was suspended from the police without pay upon his arrest. Judge Tamiko Amaker barred photography after the defendant’s lawyer said publishing his image “could jeopardize his life.”

i dont think a gun wouldve helped at all. youre gonna fire off 9 rounds and if youre an excellent shot then youll stop 9 guys. realistically youll stop 5(?). then what. they all wait for you to reload?
what if one of the people he shot was a UC cop? capitol murder? on top that the whole "innocent bystander" problem.
to be honest, if i was in his situation i wouldve told the cops where i was, stayed on the freeway and told them if i didnt see state police in 5 minutes then i was gonna turn around and start mowing motherfuckers down.
the paralyzed guy got what was coming to him. sucks to be him. shoulda stayed seated on his bike on the shoulder of the road. then he wouldnt have been run over.

I don't get it, was the undercover cop actually working undercover at the time and lost his head? Or, he's an undercover cop and outside of work rolls with a bunch of thug nitwits?Prosecutors on Wednesday upgraded the charges against an undercover New York City police detective, saying he terrorized a family when he punched and kicked their sport utility vehicle as a group of motorcyclists he was with assaulted the driver after chasing the vehicle down.

“I am currently working on legislation that will help to curb this behavior and keep our streets clear of all who would seek to disrupt traffic for a cheap thrill."
The police aren't doing anything from the sounds of it. What legislation will stop them?

Laughable.
Personally, I think license revocation should be the punishment for creating a deliberate roadblock.
NY presbytatian hospital is in washington heights. What if someone in dire need of care was delayed 30 minutes because of these degenerates?
I know it's just a law, but with a revoked license, once you are caught 2 or 3 driving it turns into felony and jail time, which is the only way to end this shit.
I like the idiot that crashes into the parked white SUV, then needs help pulling his bike out from under it. That's some bad mofo gangsta shit rite der!
You place too much faith in the system. Remember how many times the guy paralyzed in this was caught? Sure didn't stop him.....
Though Mieses is a Massachusetts resident, he has never had a valid Massachusetts driver’s license for a passenger vehicle and has never applied for a motorcycle license, the Registry of Motor Vehicles said.
Registry records show that Mieses applied for a learner’s permit in 1999 and 2000, but that he never obtained a full license because he failed to pay fines imposed after he was ticketed for speeding in Lawrence in 1999. His last contact with the Registry was in 2001, when he obtained an identification card, registry records show.
Since 1999, he has been ticketed by police 16 times, in Lawrence, Methuen, Roxbury, Andover, and New Hampshire, according to registry records.
In June, the Registry notified the National Driver Register that Mieses was a habitual traffic offender whose right to drive in Massachusetts was revoked until 2017, records show.
^ mieses pieces is a special kind of asshole. most people will stop well short of that with imposed and hefty fines.
Law enforcement needs to do a better job ticketing fucktards to begin with.

I support the idea of suspending licenses for operators that intentionally blockade traffic like that. I also support the idea of arrests and stiff criminal penalties for operating a vehicle with a suspended or no license. Especially for repeat offenders.
