May go up the backroads to the kangamangus tomorrow, wanted to know if any locals along the way could tell me if there has been any recent salt/sand spilled onto the roads in the last week or so?
They are pretty clean but the kanc has some pretty shitty sections
Bear notch road open yet?

Was up there yesterday. Kanc was in good shape. Bear Notch and Hurricane Mtn Rds are still closed. 112 between the intersection with 116 and Woodsville is in dire need of repaving.

Awesome
Thanks for the replies, never made is last Sunday, but expect to go that way this Saturday. I'll report what I find.
Took a ride on the Kanc today. I was surprised to still see traces of snow in a few ditches. Even a good coating left on some mountain peaks. Traffic was the non-existent. I've only ridden it on the weekends prior to today. Now I'll only be back midweek. Thats what sick days are for I suppose.
Awesome.. ya dude.. I almost never ride on the weekend.. kanga is awesome during the week...
Ice out was only a couple weeks ago it's still pretty calm up north. I did notice roller coaster Rd was repaved recently if anyone cares.
Greg, ride this year will ya buddy! Everyone misses you. Most of all me dude. :-(
