I have a 99 Ninja, 3500 miles, had a new tire put on a few weeks ago, darn nails, was a little "wobbly" after I got it back, figured I'd give it a few rides and see how it goes...
Now it is very "wobbly" up front..I am bringing it to South Shore Motorsports here in Quincy, I hear it's a good shop...
Any ideas? Anyone ever have this problem? If I let my hands off while riding the front end violently shakes...or if I have both hands on I can feel it want to wobble...
Thoughts??

I would second tire guess, especially if it started right after. You may want to check that every bolt/nut is tightened properly. Dealers have been known to selectively leave some barely threaded.![]()

I second the axle tighness check, when I first bought my SV, I had a slight shake, when I took it in for first service, I was told the pinch bolts were not tightend to proper torque by my original dealer when they preped the bike
