I'm always weary of helmets on closeouts being old. but even if they are and you prorate the original price over 5 years its probably still a good deal. I'd buy one if I didn't already have 2 good helmets.

I've never done any business with this site, but if they are worth thier salt, they should be able to tell you the manufacturing date on the box and/or helmet tag.
