Glad your alright. At least it was at the end of the season that this happened. Now you have all winter to fight with your Insurance co. to get a settlement and purchase new bike. Heal up fast bud.

That's not right. Until your lein holder passes a title written in the bone yard's name, that bike is still yours/ the bank's.

The bone yard doesn't have a lein on it so they have zero say on what happens with that bike, again, until the title is in their name.

Get your bling back before it's too late.

You should either get compensated for the aftermarket parts, or be able to swap them.

That sucks man. The only good thing you could possibly say it's the end of the season for the year so you won't miss any?

Give it a couple days, you'll find pain saying hi all over the place that you don't right away.

glad you're alright bud. there's always next year and at least your here to tell us the story. I was looking forward to riding together some more in the spring but now i think you might be a liability....lol JK stay in touch and let me know if you need anything.

I'm sure your leinholder or liberty can tell you if you should be legally able to go get your stuff off the bike. the bone yard is trying to scam you so they can make some dough on the parts

Dude! It's your bike! Tell them you are taking it!

I can't believe people can be so dumb!

Your name is on the title!! Is the scumbag tow companies name on the title? No! WTF. THINK!!!

Tow companies are leeches on society. Go there and have the local STATE police phone number on your phone, ready to dial. Don't call town cops, they are likely getting back-handers from the tow company and won't be interested in helping you.

Do it tomorrow. YOU are paying storage fees right now. If the bike is indoors that could be $100 a DAY.

That bike belongs to YOU until you:

A: are 90 days late on a payment
B: come to a settlement agreement with insurance.
    C: sell it.

    Re: First time down

Sorry to hear about the crash but glad you're OK. Insurance should cover the tow yard costs for a few days, but if you decide to get it out and need a truck, let me know.

Insurance will try to minimize that cost.

Shit, I want to go to the tow yard myself just to see what kind of a moron could tell you something like that.

Could be 200 since I'm sure they know it's going thru insurance.

Insurance will give you $20-$25 a day for outside storage for 2 or 3 days The tow company is charging you at least $75 a day. That guy cost you money because you were fooled by the oldest lie in the book.

Again, when you go. Be prepares to call the state police and report theft of titled property. Also, go with a witness and preferably a video camera.
