FWIW I got my MC license out of state. MA DMV didn't even ask... just issued a MA MC license. Why wouldn'y it transfer?

because mine had expired within the past 10 days and they wouldn't let me renew i would have to retake the test... i found this out after waiting for nearly 2 hours, but then they couldn't set up the test for that day so i just told them to f off and I left.

It's hard to explain Douche Chills. Sorta like watching a bad car accident and that feeling you get when you're at a party and some dude comes into the room balancing a spoon on his nose. You try to tell him he's being gay,corny and moronic, and attempt to take the spoon away, but he stops you and walks into the other room because he wants everyone to see him.

* Take a full test - written and road - if your license has been expired for more than 4 years.

Once your license is converted, you will be given a temporary Photo-Imaging license, valid for 30 days. A permanent license will be mailed to you.
