I'M GOING DOWN ON SAT. HOPE ITS GOOD
I've been to the boston one every year its been here. it's like 80% blinged out harley / cruiser stuff, along with some blinged-out sport bikes. lots of vendors, but you'll prolly be able to see most of the 2006 sport bikes (if you havn't already). The vendors vary, everything from the Hells Angles to Parkway Cycle, to Lowell Bike night place (I can't believe I'm drawing a blank on the name right now!) will be there. If you go with friends and can keep even minor sense of humor about the cruiser-crowd, you'll have fun.

It was the 2 dollar off coupon btw
I went on Saturday and actually liked it a bunch.
Here's a comparison for you:
I went to a chopper show in Springfield 2 weeks ago. It was almost a 2 hour drive and I spent 15 minutes there. Tried to streach it out but it was a painful show... Small, a bunch of unridable choppers that all looked the same, and the black elvis biker jacket to vest ratio was about even. The highlight was the tatto contest that was almost as painful as getting one.
Conversly the Expo had plenty of choppers that looked the same but they also had a bunch of old brit choppers, some really innovative choppers including a guy from Manchester NH that builds some stuff I really liked --> stood out in the chopper arena and plenty of sportbikes including a wide selection of used sportbikes. Not only that but I've never sat on so many bikes at a show as this one. I was there for 3 hours and don't think I saw all of the displays. It was a slow stop and stare/ BS with a bunch of pretty decet folk kind of event. May ahve stayed a little longer but my belly was looking for some chow. If you read this today [sunday] and you haven't gone then git goin'
I went saturday afternoon/early evenng , boopr put a deposit on a Vulcan800 at MOM, I got a kick out of the Hyosung 650 cruiser that looks like a VRod and watched Chef Biker billy's cooking demondration, with a BIG tablespoon heaped full of garlic, he turned a swallower into a spitter got some guy to eat some seriously hot peepers ten deprived him of water till his face was red as a beet with tears & sweat dripping, and he was flinging onion peels into the audience

Went on saturday, and was surprised with the amount of sportbikes there. MOMs had a good showing of used bikes, sat on the new sprint st (sweet) and saw the new MVs and Ducs. Picked up some gear, all in all better than I thought it would be. Should have taken the bike.
I piss excellence!
sat rocked frist time and i will be back next year with a spot for my bike shop witch will be opening this spring in portland maine for now it's at www.northeastcycle.com
