good ride is the cangkamangus highway (spelled wrong) but it is ap in the mountains and a nice twisty highway with no cops and plenty of woods
I know that road :-) That would be a cool run .
get a date and i will most likely take it off and go, last time i was on that road i thought to myself that it would be nice at foliage time
sounds good
If you're doing a ride to vermont I might consider it, same roads that we were on this weekend or something. The kank sucks, it has traffic, cops, and crap pavement, with one hairpin turn, and the rest 120mph if you want to get a decent lean.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
Ok so I am thinking the 23rd of October (bring thermal underwear)
The roads we took 9/24 were very cool, but I would like to find something a little closer like maybe above Worcester into southern VT of NH. Any Ideas?
I will also be looking at the map and see where we can go as well
Dave
If you want a really nice ride for the foliage, why don`t you consider going up Mount Greylock? (highest point in MA) You can ride the backroads to get there and you will get an amazing view.![]()

so is october 23rd official? and what will the pace of the ride be? i assume not crazy so we can enjoy scenery at the same time. But if the 23rd is official Keira and i will still be on vacation but back from niagra falls so it wold work for us
Yes the 23rd is the day.
MissTwisties can you recommend a route then?
Hmm. Dave. I just bought a book on New England rides..It lookslike it has some pretty cool routes...I might be up for this..Let me know if you want to borrow the book..![]()

I would be up for it! The 23rd just might be perfect for me!
A route around the Quabbin then up to southern VT would be nice and sounds like what your after??
We could meet at Moto Market and head east on 119. 119 before 9 is nice, after 9 the traffic starts getting thick and we could find an alternate route around.
I have a few suggestions for route if you would like them. These roads I acctually do know well!![]()

Mike,
I am open to routes as I am not that familiar with that area.
Since you did such a good job with this past Saturday's routes, you are more than welcome to plan out the route for this run![]()

Where is everyone planning on meeting? I'm right near Boston, but I could ride out and meet up with everyone.
We could meet at Moto Market or the 146/rt20 Park and Ride on the pike.
What ever makes sense for people
Sounds good to me. I'm in.
I missed out on your run this past weekend. Saw the pic's and it looked like you all had fun. Count me in on this........ Is this gonna be a day trip or a over night thing?
When you get annoyed, remember it takes 42 muscles to make a frown, and only 1 Ike Turner back hand to set things straight again........
It will be a day ride.
I'm in either way...................![]()
