"Fueled" embodies the author’s personal motorcycle road racing experiences. The first half of Fueled is written in free verse, similar to material from Milich’s first book, "Wrenched". The second half is comprised of short stories about the passions and madness of racing: rusted motorcycles, crusted men, and how Milich won a race at Daytona on a $600 Moto Guzzi.
Ed Milich is a writer and championship winning motorcycle road racer. He amassed a total of 13 race wins over the past five years at Daytona International Speedway’s Bike Week Vintage Races.
Let's have a good showing at all the venues!Ed is a cool dude and a great storyteller.

That sounds awesome! After watching the Dayona 200 today, I can only imagine what it would be like on a bargin Moto Guzzi!

Hey!
We had a great showing at Cyclewise today. What an awesome shop! Thanks go out to Tamara, Joe, Andy, Mark, Graham, Ted G., and the Gapster! (Nice banner Gary)
So... Ed Milich is a very engaging, real-deal racer, and a cool dude.
He showed us helmet cam videos of his multiple wins at Daytona, narrating with detailed info about the track, the turns, and the quirks.
For example, coming off the west high bank, he described how the left side of your tires are sticky hot. Holding wide open on that bank for so long, the right sides get aired out and go cold. Then comes the back stretch chicane... you can guess what happens to the inexperienced. Interesting first-person stuff.
He then read a bunch of his free verse poetry. Everyone was transfixed as his excellent delivery personalized racing, wrenching and riding on the edge. Very cool. His books are recommended:

A great day!

P.S. I hoped to see some BTV Bike Night friends, but alas...
