room for rent

i recently left the ole lady after 11 years and now find myself living in a great apartment in the south end of burlington. i got 3 bdrms, which are more than i need. i currently use one for storage and have one available. i'm only asking 500/month plus 1/2 the utilities. total would be about 600. not bad considering i have offstreet parking, a lawn, access to laundry and use of part of the gararge (i can get a little more space for a little more money but right now i just pay to park the bikes in there.) my place is a 10 minute walk to downtown burlington. if anyone is interested e-mail odie24skb@netscape.net or call jeff at 802-355-7314. i'm 40, work as a journeyman electrician, have been local to burl/south burl for the past 30 years, and an extremely easy to get along with. ask the ex-i spent the last year of the relationship staying home babysitting her kids while she was out screwing around. and i bought the house her an her mother just totally fucked me on. so if you're looking for a place at least check this one out.
