What if you try and sell your bike and get a slower bike that's in a class known for being less crazy.

Hey Zsolt, no one more surprised than me by the condition after the wreck. Its sitting on it table in the garage tempting me every day.
The hole in my lung has introduced pneumonia into the mix, man I'm feeling my age - check that I'm feeling my father's age. At this point I'll be selling the trailer, tire warmers, bike and gear all separately and reconsider racing (yes something smaller) come spring.
Hey Chris, looks like we both had a crappy weekend. My crash in T3 wasn't as bad your T1, but your right, I'm 44 too and I feel like shit. Sorry to hear about the retirement, but only you will know if and when to try again. This is only for fun, and it doesn't seem like your weekend was fun, lol. It was nice to meet you two, maybe you guys can come to the track and hang out - sounds like you'd have plenty of people to visit...

It's funny you ask. I was just trying to bend my right leg and it won't. I didn't feel too bad the next day, in fact I somehow won race #8 on Sun. But over the next few days both legs turned black & blue and my upper chest feels a little constricted. Must be like a car wreck - you don't feel it for a couple of days. Not sure about Oct. now, was 'gonna bump up too. Oh well.

You should definitely bump! Our class is pretty fun. Most of us know each other and respect one another. Notice I said "most". I have a cousin racing in your class and got to watch you win race 8. Nice come from behind win! Come find me in and around Turn 1 next weekend and I'll introduce you to a bunch of us racing Amateur. Time wise, people run anywhere from the mid to low 20's all the way down to the 15's. Whatever the case racing our class is considered "fun". I say this now because I hear next weekend a deciple of Jesus is moving into our class (for the second time). Not going to mention any names.

ironically, him and the guy who took me out have about 20+ total multi-bike crashes between the two of them - all their fault - and they are both named "Angel"
Thanks for the hospitality. If I make it in Oct. I'll definitely come say hello. Been wanting to bump for a while but my times are not really consistent. I got as low as an 18 two events ago, and last weekend I struggled to hit the 19's at all. Gettin' old I guess. Don't know if I'll make it in Oct. as my legs are pretty beat up from a lapper in T3 taking me out. I think he was watching me make an ass of myself all out of control after hitting another guy.Must've target fixated on me trying not to crash and finished the job for me. Had it saved too, Dangit.
