Neither of my bikes are ready, one is missing it's suspension and is 95% apart.

Directions unclear, pre-entered for Round 1.

GTL, ULSB on Saturday, I can run either bike in either race depending on my mood and their status.

ULGP, LW Sportsman on Sunday. Should A-ko be pissy I'll switch to the Motard class for that race. If the Motard is unhappy, I'll consider doubling by doing LWSB back to back with ULGP.

Problem is I keep insisting on swapping bits, re-engineering bits... hell my latest obsession is tossing corroded dirtbike hardware in the tumbler for a few days so I can make more parts of the bike look like they've been chromed.

Are you talking about the actual leather or the d air thing? If it's the leather, any shoe repair guy can do it.

My Dair is a reapair process, when needed, that will be handled by the place I purchased it from.

Im talking about my other Dainese suit. I need the aluminum piece in the shoulder replaced, only one shop in the country is authorized to replace that. So hence the having to send it out west.

Bike Dyno'd, Suspension set, Fairings with Skid Mark Racing in the process of being painted, Need to get over to Mad Scientist Moto for numbers, Testing at TTD on the 23rd and 24th. Then done!

New crash case covers, flush out antifreeze, oil change, throw rain tires on the spare wheels just in case...test rip at a nearby parking lot to get the feel for the new EBC bakes...then done - maybe a gopro mount. Do we need to lockwire the gopro mounts? then hopefully done...for now

All done with the bike, its loaded up in the van and ready. My new GIPRO gear indicator is installed and it just needs to learn the gears, quite easy it seems, just need to get up to NHMS and it should be all set quite quickly....

I finally sourced a cheap exhaust can. A little beat up on the dark side but at least straight. With my luck it probably won't have the correct inlet ID

I'm going to be removing a few things:
-Pair Solenoid
-Fuse box
-Excess wiring for stock gauges
-Wires for oil pressure,
-Gear position (the wire for this was already cut at the wheel when I bought the bike)

Have been debating whether to do the tip over sensor but some have already chimed in that it's worthwhile keeping it as a safety measure. I am also debating what to do about dealer mode. I may leave it in case something ever comes up and need to debug the bike. But I would need to source a stock gauge I think. But if I remove the wires for the stock gauges i won't be able to attach a stock gauge, so maybe I just remove the dealer mode. I don't know.

When I bought the bike in 2014, the wiring harness had already been modified to remove wires for lights, kick stand, fan, horn, and I think the clutch bypass (at least these were all snipped). Also, when I bought it I didn't have stock gauges. I will be adding an aftermarket gauge, part of my motivation to declutter is so I can add that without adding too many wires to the ones already on there.

My gen 1 that I just finished the harness on is just gut the stuff and go. But Gen 2 computer may be looking for some of those things in the computer so the guide should go over that. Just hate to see you go into limp home mode in a race.

The hardest part so far has been obtaining those damned resistors! Called and went to several stores and not one carried these things. Ended up buying a pack of 400 online to be delivered tomorrow. Ha.
