It was discussed at the rulebook meeting. No word on anything further. A 2-3 race endurance series in the middle of the season was also discussed.

Modern Endurance is tentative at this time. USCRA schedule is tentative at this time, but since the June event is a two day event and it's the FIM sanctioned one, that's most likely the Big Fish Small Pond one, like Kerry said.

"FYI, for those who asked. The 'Big Fish, Small Pond' is the official 3-hour endurance race held during our two day FIM event. The race is scheduled to be held on June 8, 2013 at NHMS. More information, including registration forms, etc. will be made available as soon as possible. Stay tuned."

"Just to clarify......pre entry deadline is May 13, the date of our first race. It is $200 if a check is received by that date. Any entries after that date will be $225. Teams may enter as late as the date of the race itself. We must have at least 10 teams officially registered by May 13th. If registration forms are not already out there, they will be soon. Last year we had 18 teams by the date of the race, but if we do not have at least 10 by May 13th, the race will not be held. So it is definitely not too early to start planning."

If you can find a vintage legal machine (Your Hawk, depending on how it's built for example) along with a crew of riders, a scorer and help in the pits, you're good to go. Do it up, it's an absolute blast.
