So based on your view of who own's Groms....... they should stick with the 300's


AhHhhhhhhhhhahaha....... Ok guess why the name is not a MSX in the US and its Grom. Its more of a entry level bike than the 300 but then again you can't sell tires to groms cause pirelli doesn't have any

I get it; you quit racing, bought a Grom, and now you want to race that; that's cool, and there isn't anything wrong with that. I don't think it's as good a way to get new people into the sport as the 300 class. I may be wrong, perhaps a bunch of new people who've never raced before will hear about the USCRA event, and give it a shot...we shall see.

I almost did it last year, but maybe I'll come do a round. Big barrier to entry is that I will need to re-take penguin basic and likely come in as a novice. If it happens, it will be one of the later rounds so I don't get too tempted to race additional weekends.

For sure Jay. For a man of your skills there is no need to start from scratch. A quick conversation with the officials will get you back with Yellow plates.

USCRA had a Grom specific class in their event today at NHMS, thanks largely to Josh, based at least partially on people here on NESR saying they wanted to race Groms.

I won the Penguin Track Experience auction and for $150 had a blast on the new R1. Made me miss racing. Found a R3 in Craigslist for $3700 this morning. I now hold the title and the bike is at GMD - BOOYA!

I want to sticker it to match my R1 paint.

Lots of people clamoring for LRRS to let them race Groms. Single bike turnout at USCRA seems to indicate maybe a Grom bench racing class would be better.
