I'm just thinking that if we also have the LRRS endurance race, the gnomes and I just might whip up a Big Kahuna Trophy to give to the the highest placed team that runs both events.
"We are gearing up for the June 13 –14 FIM race weekend . For the past few years, one of our featured races has been The 3 hour Big Fish Small Pond Endurance race. As we have done in the past, we need to have at least 10 teams to hold this event. If you send me a team name with all riders on your team, as well as a $100.00 deposit by the May 18th race, we will honor the rate of $200.00 per team. This will allow you to enter the race at the pre registration rate of $200 even if you do not finalize the registration until the day of the race. Anyone who registers after that date will pay the regular rate of $225. I will be available to accept the $100 deposit at the May race if you have not sent it to me before that date. Registration forms will be online at a later date, but all I need is your team name and deposit.
If the race does not get the required 10 teams by May 18, all money collected will be refunded. Make checks payable to USCRA.
