From Cathy Smith:
"If any teams plan to sign up for the endurance race and plan to give me checks at the May race, it would be extremely helpful if you could email me your team info including team name and participants. I will be scoring that day and collecting money would be difficult if I have to get all the info at that time. These are the rates for that race:
2016 Big Fish, Small Pond 3ish Hour Endurance Race fees:
$220 early bird (now until May 23rd, collected at the first event)
$245 pre-entry (by June 8th)
$270 post-entry (at the track only)
Please send me an email to nhisday@comcast.net"

Is the Grom glass eligible for this!?
If they don't get five pre-entries for this month's USCRA event, not a chance.
Absolutely no Groms in the endurance race.

Is this for the endurance race the friday of the classic or will there be a separate one being held for the Classic by LRRS?!

This is for the USCRA vintage event, not the potential Classic Endurance.
This is NOT LRRS. The USCRA has been holding this race on the father's day event for years. There is a modern lightweight class that a bunch of us contest every year. Real lightweight rules, not SVs and Ducati 1ks. It has produced some great racing and has been pretty well attended (much more than the lrrs event).
Riders need to respect that there is a wide variety of bikes, skills, experience and speed out there together. With 3 hrs, there's no real rush to pass. That said, we have run a pretty high pace and had some races come down to the wire. USCRA is a really different culture to LRRS and is a fantastic org to race with.
OK I thought so. knew there were usually 2 and just wanted to clear up any potential confusion.

Apologies for my ignorance, but I'm having a difficult time finding info....
What is the actual date of the event and what are the license requirements?
Does anyone need a teammate![]()
A man of many names...Jay, Gennaro, Gerry, etc.
Once again, conflicts with a TTD.![]()

Er, no, you're ok for Super Heavy Endurance. Your machine, if punched out falls into Period 4 Formula 2 like my FZR instead of Formula 3 with the stock displacement 400s. They all run the same endurance class though.
The USCRA race will be on Saturday, June 11th. We will recognize your LRRS license, but since this is a FIM sanctioned event,
you must have an AMA membership. We will be selling them at the window.
As far as the Loudon Classic, the ASRA Team Challenge is coming to the track for the first time. I haven't seen the final schedule so I don't know what day it is during the Classic.

A few more notes: We try to get the race started at 2:00, but we're usually a bit late as the teams tend to dawdle in their pit areas. But we must be off track by 5:00, hence the "3ish Hour Endurance Race". After much cajoling, I'll just put the 5 minute board up and laugh at the sight of y'all scrambling to go out for the warm-up lap. Grid positions? There aren't any. With Frontier Land Qualifying I'll grid you as you arrive. First guy to arrive gets pole. Ask Roland. Canadian Start: After I have you lined up on the hot grid I'll step out in front and hold up a big Canadian flag I got down in Daytona last March. I'll march off to the side while holding up the flag and when I flick it, off you go! Anybody who jumps the start and runs me over will be immediately disqualified.

I have to admit that USCRA has a certain flair about it that I find.. well, quite something.
