VENDOR EXPO/AWARDS BANQUET

Will be held this year on Saturday January 17, 2009
we will be hosting a raffle to raise funds for the
Karen Hornbecker Injured Rider’s Fund

We need prizes to give away and I am asking if your company can donate any
items to be included in this raffle.

Please know that your donation will be greatly appreciated by all of us from the
Loudon Road Race Series and all donors will be recognized throughout
the Vendor Expo and Awards Banquet.

1 PM TO 5 PM

This is the perfect opportunity to display your product to roadracers away
from the track where you can have their complete attention. There is
plenty of space available for motorcycles (all fuel must be emptied) and your product .
We will have an area for video presentation, bench racing welcome.
There will be H’dourves served and a bar available.
