Does your catch can have to be sealed. I'm going up to Maine for some sumo this weekend and am finishing the odds and ends on my bike. The rules for the even just state thay it cant be a beverage container.
"When there's a gap you either commit yourself as a professional racing driver that is designed to win races or you come second or you come third or come fifth, and I'm not designed to come third, fourth, or fifth. I race to win, and if you no longer go for a gap that exists, you're no longer a racing driver."

Make sure it isn't going to spill in a crash. Seal it and run a long vent line off it to the back of the bike an you're likely fine. I'm using a baby bottle with the hoses shoved through the nipple after cutting it more open, no issues.
