Anyone who has seen Chris ride or knows him will know this isn't a case of the crf being easy to ride. He just had a bad spell on the R6 and confidence dropped on the bike...hell he just found out it was twisted and now will correct the problem and get back to where he wasHe's a good rider and a handsome young man.

I think Alex nailed it, they (Me) are likely riding their other bike too slow. You get a LOT more feedback on a motard it seems, so it's easier to walk it up to 'the edge' initially. So people that haven't really pushed their other mount (like me) will see a time drop.
Feeling that allowed me to push my old mount a little harder in a few turns, so I'm starting to get some feedback out of it in some places now. If I can string a complete lap of that together I guarantee my times on the non-tard will drop.
Next challenge is realizing that 'edge' I think I'm up to on the motard is not the edge at all, and pushing further. That'll be the real trick.
Edit: That said, CEO definitely knows how to ride, so with his R6 giving him wonky feedback, and the tard telling him all the right things... just think what'll happen when he's happy with the R6 again!

You're so possessive... sheesh...
That's a valid point. In that case you should buy Jeff's bike and run 10's
On saturday? Must have been smooth and slow LOL
You and John looked like you were getting the hang of things out there
I'm hoping so. I'm considering the penguin advanced class before next race weekend.
Sorry to see you in that sling buddy...Hope you'll be healed up sooner rather than later.

good job...looks like you're doing well and having fun
besides getting another rider or gmd, how were you able to tell the forks were twisted?
Resistant to turn-in on one side... doesn't want to hold a line... pushing wide driving out on one side.... feels like trying to drive a car hard that is in bad need of an alignment.
Essentially the front wheel was twisted to the left. several degrees.
I had a lot of fun in those races... I just wish I had pushed a little harder to hang with that front crew. At the end of each race it was like a TDnext time...
