Cornerspeed Cert to Race Lic

How do I transform the certificate from cornerspeed into some type of race license?

Do I need to?

I don't plan to race but I potentially want to be able to attend events that require a race license, like last years VIR event in the future or maybe even a thursday practice later in the year??

Im thinking about it now becuase I recall someone mentioning that the cornerspeed certificate was only good for a year???
