So I have been lazy most of the winter due to work and no heat in the garage.
Next weekend I'll be starting (hopefully finishing) the racebike prep. Here is what I have to do:
Oil Change
Air Filter Cleaning
New Plugs
Wash (gasp!)
Braided front line/new pads/rebuild caliper
Adjust Valves
New Numbers/Numberplates (AM colors)
I'm also going to attempt to take the 10+ chunks of bodywork I have and smush it together with some fiberglass resin to make a single piece.
Then I gotta get some roofing sealant and do the top of the icebox. Getting my crotch all wet at night at Louden isn't as appealing as it sounds.
What do you guys have left to do?
Time is runnin out and I'm friggin STOKED!

I'm working on my bodywork, too. Other than that, the ol' 636 is all set to rip the track up again this year.

We tested Engine Ice. When it dries it leaves behind a slippery goo for a few hours and we've no way to clean it up with out a power washer. And no Experts are not running it.
i just finished putting the rims back on after getting my new BT090s (thank you, Rick at Underground Cycles). i am afew sets of jets and some carb adjusting away from being ready to roll.
Let me know what you think of the tires.

Well phase one is almost complete: Work way too much and make a shitload of money.
Soon it's time for phase two: Tell work to go fuck itself and enjoy a summer of racing and goofing off.
