I'm a novice and I think my bike is pretty pimp with all the goodies! Unfortunately, the slowest part of my bike is the rider.
id love to do this solo on my SV.
i just need a pit crew for stops. i dont need tire changes, just gas and water

Novice is not allowed in the Classic moatrd race......why is this a hard concept to grasp? another reason to want to progress in your riding skills. I know it was a motivator for me to want to get better so I could play in the Motard race.
I remember seeing a Novice in the special motard race either last year or the year before.

ok well then as novices you guys should race it this year then
I still agree with Eric though, closing speeds on some of the Novices and some AM's for that matter are not safe to have out there all together, hence group practices..............

So, now that the Classic schedule is out...any more info on this race? Before I register, I really would like to know how this is going to work; entry cost, can teams compete in multiple classes on multiple bikes?

I see the schedule but where do we find the rules/classes. Also I assume that they are hoping to start it by 2:30
