coming home from GMD and the paint shop sat night (at 3am) I got pulled over with no bodywork on the bike. The state troopers looked the bike over thouroughly and ran the VIN... This is a favor to us track guys, and not a hassle (I'd hope if my bike got stolen, the cop "hassled" the right guy and found him!
Anyway, just a reminder that this goes on, is a favor to us, and if you want to make it smoother, keep a copy of the paperwork in your tow vehicle just in case. (The VIN look-up took FOREVER).
Good Heads up.
Copy of title will be going in my glove box.

Dunno about this... Then anyone that breaks into you truck owns your bike since they now have your title... A number of states don't require anything to xfer a title other than the signed original.
