Damn Brian, sorry to hear it. Hopefully something comes along and changes that all for ya.
Over here I'm just trying to sort out the stuff so I can race here. Sounds like a VERY active club racing scene here, with a bunch of classes, series and tracks to choose from.

Sucks to hear. Stepping away from car racing was one of the hardest things I ever did, especially since our daughter literally grew up working on the car. It was the right decision, and I wouldn't (can't) go back, but it still sucked.
Your welcome to my SV if you need it for your "licensing weekend."

I think I speak for everyone here in the following.
you Steve.
OK... just jealousy talkin'
And Oxx, sorry to hear that bro but yeah, definitely know where you're coming from. I don't want to think where I'd be at w/o having a bike that was at least worth some coin to sell... I won't be racing till my finances are in better shape as well. There's a reason grids are off like whoa...![]()
Only you know what is best my man. I lost my race fund last year due to some changes in my financial situation and it hurt real bad. I'm hoping to have that under control for next year.
You should consider corner working. You can corner work both day just after practice till the last race make $110ish and it will pay for your entry fees and gas and shit. Get yourself a fast guy tire sponsor and you can still do one race a weekend and get both practices in for just your time corner working.
Just a thought.
If you need a bike you know you are welcome to mine any time.

Its a tough decision and sorry to hear your not doing it out of preference.
I can tell ya though that this summer with my injury and missing pretty much the whole season that its not as bad as you think. You get alot more time and money in the summer....which is nice in itself.
You'll be back, lots of people have taken time off and returned.
