Whilst we at Boston Moto will surely be posting an "official" thanks, I wanted to give my own opinions of my first "real" weekend back at the track since, forever ago it seems.
It was so great to be back, albeit in a slightly different capacity than I'm used to.. but as corny as it sounds, I just enjoyed running around (often delivering fresh sticky-icky) seeing familiar faces, meeting some new ones, and generally being back with the good 'ol LRRS crowd.
I'll be putting everything I have into getting the best tires and service to all you guys for the foreseeable future, but I'll say it here first: I have the bug again, bad. Gotta tidy up the finances a bit and hopefully re-join the fray next year
Hobbs, you need to spread the love and let another one of your fleet go.. you know what I'm talkin about![]()
Thanks to everyone who showed up at the party, especially to Kitt and Denno, for gettin the werd out and to my personal diety Brewmaster for the tasty Red Hook.... lets do it again soon.
And a big, BIG, BIG, thanks to every single NESR racer who made their way to the Boston Moto garage for some fresh rubber, you guys made our weekend (really), and we are psyched to be hearing all the (mostly) extremely positive feedback on the Pirellis (again, damn EX's!!, but we do have some new tires for you EX guys for the next weekend that should work better...)
But for me, perhaps the best part about this weekend was seeing Gman crusin around and we were very happy to be able to make a last minute donation to the auction... I think it was a huge success!!! But we HAVE to get him some go-fast bits for that golf cart, it's far too slow!!! I have no doubt he'd somehow manage to man-handle that thing around the track at a sub 1:20 clip though... fo sho.
OK, I'm dead tired (WTF am I doing up still?) and time to ice down the muffler burn (damn EXs), bruise on the wrist (watch those beads when they pop) and PTFO.
Thank you racers, thank you riders who came up to chill, and it was SO great to be backSee you all next race weekend!
It was great seeing you up there..good luck on the new Biz.
Betsy had a good time too, being her first time to the track, she couldn't believe how a tight knit group everyone is.
Will be up probably next race weekend.
Too old to rock and roll, too young to die.
You know it's a good party when someone/thing takes a massive dump in the middle of the room
I think that should be Red Hook's new add campaign

LMAO!! Well we killed 6 cases of that tasty brew, I call that the final touch to the party!!
I'm... well, crap with names. I'm going to bring a camera up next weekend and snap shots of all you guys. We can have our very own BM wall-o-fame (shame?).
And yes, we have (one) 110 series Diablo front that is likely semi-spoken for, and I believe 3 150 series Diablo rears. The Diablo is a harder carcass than the Dragon and we'rethat it works a little bettah for the EX guys.
Gonna get Mike (although he doesn't know it yet) to help with some "setup" to get these babies dialed in. Can you even use "Setup" when talking about an EX???![]()
Did you have a good turn out? People seemed really excited to hear of a party and to meet you guys as I was passing out your flyers.
Looks like the racers keep you guys busy for the weekend. Congrats!!
Very excited to have you guys at the new Pirelli vendor .. the service was excellent and having the newly mounted tires dropped off at my pit was amazing service!
Looking forward to doing a lot of business with Boston Moto!

man, i'm really kicking myself for not staying for the party. i really over did it with my ankle while scootering around the pits all afternoon, so i split for the long drive home shortly after the MWGP rain fiasco.
...and hobbs, don't think i didn't notice that oversized stable of race bikes stashed under your easy up. maybe it's time i bit the bullet and started planning for next season.
Pete, I think the marketing department might not understand you're concept. My question is who drank the prop afterwards...... mmm.....great aroma ......
