What a bunch of whiney little pricks!!!!!

You guys think you know it all, but you know shit!

The track was changed to favor me. Because, I am fucking slow on the regular configuration. I thought to PM the woods and let them know, that if they knew [what was good for them], they'd do the tight 10 configuration. I then set the rules about the new setup...I stipulated that I wanted bumpy shitty cold patches in the corners, just to fuck up the better riders who might have thought to cut them tighter than I was willing to.

I also wanted the nearsighted cornerworkers in T3 so I could utilize the new "Runoff" as a means of shaving a few seconds from my lap times, unnoticed.

Once they(the woods) found out the threats were from me....They kicked my ass and broke my house windows.....Then they slapped my cat and made my dog eat the cat's shit.....while I was forced to watch.....The track configuration will be back to normal for the next weekend.

Well, way to go guys!!!!!!!! Fuckin Degsy is all done racing because of you and he is blaming me for it. He called Kevin today crying like a baby asking him to get his bike put back together so he can sell it. The poor kid put about $20,000 into a real nice bike now he looking to sell it for $3,000 or a trade for a English track bike.

OK, I'll say this once more for clarification.

Picture me, sitting on the pit wall before first practice, WATCHING the first riders being sent out from pre-grid (amateur slow) CLICK, I press the start button on my stopwatch. As the checkered flag comes up, I go CLICK on my stopwatch, et voila! 8 minutes and 50 seconds. Some four minutes later (now 13 minutes elapsed since am practice begins), the experts go out on practice, finishing with the checkered flag some 21 minutes or so later. 4 minutes after that (about 38 minutes since am slow), the am medium group goes out. The 40 minutes has elapsed, but it's skewed towards the experts.

I read the NEAR list and see everything that goes down regarding the turn 10 thing. Fast guys wanted it, slow guys didn't. It is a hinderance to the slow guys trying to work on their lap times. When .25 of a second off your best laptime is considered a great weekend, the turn 10 change really screws you up.

I fully expect the motards to love the new turn 10 because the lighter bike is easier to get around the 10 wall and flick back before the cones.

It's horses for courses and just because it was talked about before the weekend doesn't make it right in my opinion. It's just my opinion, doesn't make me right either.

Ever notice how if you hang out with someone long enough you turn into them?

I think it's pretty pathetic the way this crap is constantly pasted up here. I ignore it and it comes back time and time again. Like the email from Kevin I got tonight in the same vein. I bet you two had a good laugh on the 'phone about that one earlier this evening huh.

I'm quitting racing for three reasons.

    1. I don't get the kick out of it that I used to. Call it boredom, fear, monotony, whatever. Give it any name you want, I know you will. Actually, when you and kevin decide why I quit, be sure to let me know.

    2. My wife gets worried about me hurting myself in a crash while racing. She understands that racing is more dangerous than trackdays. She has stood by and watched me race for 3 years, putting her fears aside so I could have my fun. Now it's my turn to let her not worry for a while.

    3. Money

I could go on, but I'm leaving it at that so as not to play into people's hands and start another big clusterfuck on NESR like earlier this year.

Basically, the shit has gone too far. There's got to be a line drawn somewhere.

Kip, start thinking your own thoughts man. When I see what you type, all I picture is Kevin saying it.

Degsy, First of all you know everything I type is just BS to bust your balls. If you are taking me serious something is wrong inside your head. I understand your situation and when and if I crash I might do the samething you are. I'm just out there to have fun, go fast, be safe and not spend thousands of $$$$.
The only reason I really bust your balls is it seems to me some of you guys take this club racing so serious. Like you comment "we will have a new race team next year without all the BS that goes on". I thought we are all just friends trying to have fun.

I know, I know, it just wears a bit thin somethimes.

I'm not happy about quitting racing, but it's the right way to go right now.

I was getting my lap times down nicely, doing mid-17's and progressing week by week, then the crashes at the nationals put my bike out of action and I'm fighting a losing battle to get back to those times.

BTW, the RSV mille was kindly offered to me by Scott, I didn't ask.

I DID ask Bryan if I could try his bike out for a race, but ended up not using it.
