Seems to me someone has wayyyyy too much time on his hands ... get out much anymore? Seriously if you don't like it either unsubscribe or hit the "spam" button in gmail and call it a day. You'll never see it again.

Maybe David's position on this isn't totally unsubstantiated since I'm now getting spammed by both RSC and now Penguin....

I haven't signed up for e-mails from either one yet there they are, thanking me for signing up for the newsletter.



Not gonna lose any sleep over it but I found it kinda funny that this is suddenly happening out of the blue.

I can't speak for others but I'm not a fan of unsolicited advertisement in any form. This is why I opt out of junk mail and also why I haven't gotten spammed in 7 years....well other than the two aforementioned businesses in this thread.

Like I said, I won't lose any sleep over it.

I understand being upset based on the principle of the action alone, but this statement makes you lose pretty much all of your credibility and look like a whiner:

So if you used a good email, start looking for a new one.

Really? You think that a couple of pieces of spam warrant dumping your email address and getting a new one? Click unsubscribe, mark it as spam, do whatever you have to do, but saying you need a new email address is just being overly dramatic.

The guys at rising sun are top notch and steve is a great guy. I would (not) sweat it. I'm sure your email addy hasn't gone anywhere else. Just do the unsubscribe thing and its all over.

A.) I agree with others, Steve is a good man. This means I do not fault him if he sends me spam because the intention was not a bad or a covert one.

B.) I like getting the Rising Sun emails. I did not know they were close to Vanson and now I want to stop in.

C.) Rising Sun seems to have good products and a good price in my line of interest.

D.) I would not suggest going on an anti-spam campaign, there may not be enough time in the day....

Daviid, I really like you a lot bro, and I want to come down and do CMP. I've thought you may be a good guide. That has not, and will not change, however, I think you're a little too uptight on this one.

Rising Sun is one our my favorite sites. Along with NESR, TZracing, USGPRU and anything motorcycle related. Anyone have some cool sites they wanna post up?

I like roadracingworld.com, onthethrottle.com, and sportrider.com occasionally because they have test results on alot of bikes.
