changing fork seals on xr80

How easy is it to change the fork seals in an xr80?
I have a manual but would like some helpful hints.

I got your PM, change the existing seals. Those were fairly new seals already, so you may want to consider putting in some heavier springs if you keep blowing the seals out.

The fork that is on there is solid without any big pitting, it should stay sealed pretty well.
